1. Scope of Operations
By accessing the iHexe website and engaging our architectural services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our services involve the engineering of high-concurrency software, AI orchestration, and cloud infrastructure.
2. Intellectual Property (IP) Demarcation
- •Client Assets: The Client retains all intellectual property rights to their pre-existing data, proprietary business logic, and the final, custom-compiled application delivered by iHexe.
- •iHexe Assets: iHexe retains all rights to underlying, proprietary architectural frameworks, deployment scripts (e.g., Terraform blueprints), and Model Context Protocol (MCP) architectures used to assemble the final product, unless explicitly transferred via a separate Enterprise Master Services Agreement (MSA).
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall iHexe, its founders, or its engineers be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits. iHexe's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client to iHexe in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident.
4. Acceptable Use Protocol
You are strictly prohibited from using our web infrastructure to launch penetration tests, reverse-engineer our frontend Next.js architecture, or submit malicious payloads via our contact terminals.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kolkata, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
